01. What we collect

Two things, and nothing else:

• Contact form submissions. If you fill in the form on our home page, we receive the name, email address, and message you typed. We use them to reply to you and to carry out any work you hire us for.
• Anonymous usage statistics. Which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which browser and device they used.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not buy, sell, or rent anyone's personal data.

02. Third-party services

Loading this site means your browser also talks to these companies, each of which sees your IP address and applies its own privacy policy:

• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, and keeps standard server logs for security and performance.
• Google Analytics 4 measures site traffic and sets cookies in your browser to do so.
• Ahrefs Analytics measures site traffic without using cookies.
• Google Fonts delivers the two typefaces this page uses.

03. Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics uses to tell repeat visits apart. Blocking cookies, using your browser's private mode, or installing an ad blocker will stop them, and the site will work exactly the same without them.

04. How long we keep things

Contact form messages are kept for as long as we are working with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the services listed above.

05. Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer continue work already in progress.

06. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting current clients will also be sent by email.
